Barnabys Steakhouse
Barnabys Steakhouse is located in the historic Village Hall, formerly a 500-seat theater built by the New Paltz Literary Association in 1863. The building is constructed of local bricks made by the A.M. Low Brickyard, which operated as the Lowe Brick Company until 1928.
Our top quality steaks are all dry aged for 28 days. Your choice of cut is seared to perfection and complemented with a choice of Bernaise or Au Poivre sauces. Barnabys menu also offers veal, pork, chicken and fish and several combination platters for those who want a little of variety.
